Diana L. Gramenos, Esq
President/Lead Attorney

Diana L. Gramenos, Esq; Director, Disability Advocacy Diana is the lead attorney representative and President at Disability Corner, LLC. Diana oversees all case activity and business processes. Diana has extensive legal experience as a former private practitioner handling Social Security claims before the Social Security Administration and other legal matters in Illinois, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey. Diana previously developed a Social Security practice in-house at a Chicago law firm where she serviced hundreds of claimants in successfully obtaining their benefits. Diana has handled all levels of Social Security claims, including initial applications, hearings, and claims that continue all the way through to the Appeals Council. She has also assisted disabled veterans in obtaining benefits. Diana is actively licensed to practice law in Illinois, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey. Diana received her Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism from Eastern Michigan University in 2003, and her Juris Doctor degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan in 2007.

Mark Polinsky, Esq.
Managing Partner

Prior to forming Lake Park Capital, LLC, Mr. Polinsky was the CEO of VisionTek, an Illinois based manufacturer of computer components that he founded in 1988. Under his leadership, the firm grew revenues to over $300 million annually and employed 500 people. While at VisionTek, Mr. Polinsky founded Strategic Management Advisors, a firm that manages multiple hedge and venture funds with managed assets in excess of $100 million. Furthermore, Mr. Polinsky has invested in and participated in several other business ventures including, but not limited to, an electronics contract manufacturer, a food brokerage business, and Ocius, a software meter and billing company for residential property managers.

During Mr. Polinsky’s career, he has employed, managed, and worked with COO’s, CFO’s , CIO’s, etc. He has created new products, entered into new sales channels, and created manufacturing capabilities overseas in Asia and in Mexico. Furthermore, he has overseen the construction of new manufacturing facilities, exited unprofitable product lines, and even rolled up his sleeves to pack boxes in order to meet customer deadlines.

Mr. Polinsky engineered the sale of VisionTek and with his guidance, VisionTek now focuses on sales and marketing while outsourcing all manufacturing overseas. Mr. Polinsky also engineered the purchase of a financially distressed camera company, a business which after involvement and guidance by Mr. Polinsky is now profitable. Further, a separate partnership formed and principally funded by Mr. Polinsky purchased the assets of a distressed electronics contract manufacturer. Under Mr. Polinsky’s ownership and leadership, the company quickly achieved profitability and was subsequently sold to a strategic investor.

Mr. Polinsky has won the following awards: Inc, 500 Entrepreneur of the Year; induction into Arthur Anderson’s Entrepreneurial Hall of Fame; induction into KPMG Entrepreneurial Hall of Fame; Crain’s Export Award; Fortune Magazine’s Smartest People under 40; and multiple listings in Crain’s Top 100 Private Chicagoland Companies.

Mr., Polinsky has a B.A. in from Michigan State University with honors and a J.D. from DePaul University. Mr. Polinsky practiced corporate law in Chicago from 1986 to 1988. He also started the VisionTek Foundation and has raised over $5 million for cancer and leukemia research.

Mr. Polinsky is married with three children and enjoys coaching soccer and playing a variety of sports.
